The staff was well experienced, I loved them all, nothing too much trouble. During the stay everything was perfect and I got wake up service as a compliment. Food for breakfast was OUTSTANDING. This place had a quiet atmosphere.

Billy and his family were accommodating and kind, providing excellent service and making us feel at home. the well-kept garden gave a lovely jungle feeling, and the location was close to local food options and supermarkets. the pool was clean and the internet worked well. it was a great value for money and definitely worth recommending.

I absolutely loved the Balinese decorations at Pier26 Bali Homestay. The hotel's general areas were adorned with beautiful traditional artwork and vibrant colors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I felt comfortable and relaxed in these surroundings. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with spacious rooms and easy navigation throughout the property. It made my stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. While they were kind and welcoming, it would have been helpful if they could have provided some extra support or guidance specifically tailored for senior guests.

I always come back to this place in Nusa Dua. They helped me return my forgotten things at my first stay. It suits me perfectly as it has Wi-Fi, free parking, shared kitchen, and air conditioning. I'll be there again for Easter!

We loved our stay at Pier26! the rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. the owner, Billy, and his daughter were incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from picking us up at the airport to helping us with transportation and even assisting when our credit card was blocked. the location is great, nestled in nature but still close to Nusa Dua and the beach. the breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options, and our kids enjoyed the little pool.
